A Member of Odyssey Logistics & Technology’s founding team in 2003, Glenn leads the WIN corporate strategy. He brings nearly three decades of global supply chain management experience to the team, including specialized expertise in industry data and optimization modeling.
Glenn also serves as SVP, Corporate Logistics Operations & Strategy for Odyssey Logistics & Technology and previously served in a variety of manufacturing, materials management and supply chain leadership positions at Union Carbide and the Dow Chemical Company.
He attended the University of New Hampshire, where he received a B.S. in chemical engineering.

As Chief Commercial Officer of WIN™ Business Services, Lindsey leads her team of experienced professionals in delivering the industry’s premier cloud-based transportation management solution. Since the inception of the WIN™ service offering, Lindsey has demonstrated a history of growing and empowering successful sales, operations, and development teams.
In her previous roles as VP and Director of Business Development of WIN™, Lindsey accumulated years of logistics & supply chain industry proficiency and strong sales experience. With a proven ability to lead highly successful teams in improving customer’s processes and resolving complex technical matters, Lindsey and her team are equipped to provide customers with high-valued transportation management solutions.
Shellman holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Communications from The University of Connecticut.
Chief Technology Officer
Xavier Amella, Chief Technology Officer for WIN Business Services, is an experienced leader within the technology and logistics industries. For the past seven years, he has been a key stakeholder on internal platforms at Odyssey Logistics and WIN. After working only a few months as VP of Advanced Platforms, Xavier led the entire development effort of the WIN platform. Additionally, his knowledge and skills have aided him in successfully transferring B2B ordering sites by helping in the backend and integrated warehouse management systems.
Over the years, Xavier has gained experience with various private fleet management and dispatching platforms, including serving as the Senior Applications Architect at Kogent.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Murdoch University Western Australia.
