Automatic Bookings (Auto Sequential Tendering)

Tired of manually tendering or booking each of your shipments?  Allow WIN to automatically book your shipments with the most economical carrier option.

This enhancement gives you the capability to tender automatically to the preferred carrier.  If the preferred carrier declines or does not accept in a given time period, the system will automatically tender to the next carrier.  This capability is also enabled for orders that are received automatically from client’s ERP or business system. This way a new order can be automatically sequentially tendered by the system without human intervention.

Allows shippers to quote, book and track shipments within Salesforce

The new app enables shippers to quote, book, track and trace LTL and Truckload freight shipments through a streamlined process within Salesforce.

WIN is a no-cost, no-fee transportation management system that offers savings opportunities, freight spend visibility, process efficiencies and an option for shippers to choose from their existing carriers and brokers or those within the WIN network.

Interactive Training Inside of WIN – Train while you Book!

We are pleased to announce that effective today, March 9th, WIN will offer onscreen training and help resources.

After you login to WIN, a new icon, “Walk Me Through,” will be available on your screen providing access to a library of “How To” instructions.

The initial group of instructions available includes:

  • How do I book an order not in WIN with a carrier?
  • How do I book an existing order with a carrier?
  • How do I generate a Bill of Lading?
  • How do I create a Spot Quote from an existing order?
  • How do I check Spot Quote responses?

Once you have selected the subject you’d like help with, you will be guided step-by-step through the entire process.

In addition, new “Smart Tips” will be available throughout the system.  Just click on a blue question mark next to a field to get a detailed description of what that field means.
